With the US Men’s National Team out of the 2018 World Cup, many questions have surfaced in regards to improving soccer in this country. A country of 325 million people should surely be able to field a team of 11 world class athletes, right?
Would the sacking of US Soccer President Sunil Gulati be enough, or does there need to be a significant change from the youth level up? Or possibly is the real issue with the mindset of athletes in this country? Is the rapid expansion of the MLS actually deteriorating the quality of soccer?
We hope to see change to this seemingly broken system, whether it’s from our youth foundation or executive administration level!
